This group helps you move through that uncertainty with clarity and support. We’ll cover readiness, safety, textures, and food prep in a way that feels manageable, not overwhelming. You’ll also learn how to approach feeding responsively—so meals don’t turn into pressure, battles, or power struggles.

Instead of dreading mealtimes, you’ll start to feel more prepared, more flexible, and more confident letting your child explore food in a safe and supported way.
