When selective eating lasts into the older years, it often comes with bigger emotions—for kids and parents. You might be juggling limited “safe foods,” social concerns, or worry about nutrition, all while trying to avoid constant conflict at meals.

This group offers a more nuanced, respectful approach. We’ll work on expanding safe foods, building flexibility, and supporting sensory and emotional needs without pressure or shame. You’ll better understand what’s underneath your child’s eating patterns—and how to support change in a way that actually sticks.

Most importantly, this is a space where you don’t have to explain or justify your experience. You’ll be surrounded by others who get it, and you’ll leave with tools that feel doable, not overwhelming.
