Lauren is the owner of Well Fed Feeding & Swallowing Therapy and a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist with over a decade of experience supporting infants, children, and families through feeding and swallowing challenges. Her clinical work focuses on pediatric feeding disorder, dysphagia, restrictive eating, ARFID, and lactation and early feeding support.

Lauren is deeply committed to trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming care and believes that progress happens best when children feel safe, supported, and understood. She approaches feeding therapy through play, connection, and curiosity—never pressure—while partnering closely with caregivers, whom she views as the true experts on their child.

Outside of work, Lauren is a mom to two girls and enjoys cooking, swimming, reading, and relaxing at the beach with her family (and 2 dogs). She brings both professional expertise and lived experience into her work, helping families create calmer, more connected mealtimes.
